Trogon launches new Multi-Site Retail Connectivity Service

Trogon launches new Multi-Site Retail Connectivity Service

In April 2026 Trogon Networks launched their Multi-Site Retail Connectivity solution for the UK. Managing Director, Ian O’Bryan, said:

Trogon Networks responded to a real market need. Retail organisations must have always-on connectivity to operate. Trogon’s Multi-Site Retail Connectivity provides resilient connectivity as a managed service ensuring continuous operations.

This solution was designed specifically to meet the needs of modern UK retail businesses because the vulnerabilities aren’t always where you’d expect them to be. Trogon worked with one of the UK’s most high-profile retail operations and developed Multi-Site Retail Connectivity in response to their needs to roll out new areas rapidly and ensure always-on connectivity.

£3.7bn lost by UK businesses due to internet failure in 2023

UK Retailers are losing billions each year to connectivity failures. For high-volume, low-margin retailers connectivity is as business critical as power. Lost connectivity prevents payments, stock systems fail, click-and-collect stops and staff can’t communicate.

Trogon works with multi-site retailers to design and deliver connectivity that keeps the location trading.

This service uses resilient connection, enterprise connectivity combined with network configuration and SD-WAN network management to deliver a connectivity without single points of failure to businesses with up to 50, 500 or 1000+ location options.

Introducing Multi-Site Retail Connectivity

UK retailers are losing billions each year to connectivity failures. Trogon has worked with leading retailers to develop a resilient, rapidly deployed connectivity and managed network service to retailers with 50+ locations – so a single point of failure never stops you trading.

Multi-Site Retail Connectivity

Connectivity built around the reality of retail operations

Trogon has created a connectivity service for retailers with multiple sites which will quite simply keep your business operational whatever happens.

The Multi-Site Retail Connectivity Service offers a unique capability that no other UK connectivity provider can offer because the service has been designed specifically for the needs of the retail industry. It has four main components as well as an optional rapid deployment service:

A dedicated, independent failover connection that activates automatically when your primary link goes down. When lost connectivity costs thousands per hour, this is connectivity insurance — always on, always ready.High-speed, high-reliability internet delivered using multiple technologies individually or in combination. Designed for business-critical operations across challenging locations — including the stores that standard ISPs struggle to serve.A dedicated managed network service for retail operators with complex requirements — PCI-compliant payment systems, CCTV, VLAN security, and high-quality-of-service links between sites and head office.Expert setup and configuration for complex in-store network requirements — VPN, VLAN, encrypted connectivity, and PDQ card payment processing — delivered as a one-off or ongoing managed service. In an emergency, Trogon can connect most sites within 24 hours — up to ten times faster than the next fastest ISP. For new store openings or critical outage recovery, speed of deployment is part of the service.

Deliveroo Case Study:

Trusted by operators where connectivity cannot fail.

Trogon’s approach to multi-site, high-demand connectivity was built through working with an organisation where downtime simply was not an option.

“Trogon allowed Deliveroo to launch their service six months earlier than with a mainstream ISP – delivering six months of additional revenue. Because Deliveroo relied on connectivity for their business in multiple locations, Trogons Enterpriise Connectivity was enhanced with Resilient Connectivity to provide a multi-site solution with ongoing failover.”

Deliveroo is just one of over 20 organisations that trust Trogon with their connectivity. Read the full case study here.

Trogon’s customer base includes the NHS, the British Army and leading UK housing construction and developers. These organisations have one thing in common: connectivity failure is not something they can afford.
